blink

8 million lifetimes but a blink of the eye
into night we gaze, the ongoing sky
not a moment in time, but all time in one
a ray that is, was, and will be the sun

Mirror

Two stretch away, but meet inside
the looking glass has never lied
for two worlds that unfurl are brother
yet so different from each other
as you look to the eye of reflection
a secret revealed upon inspection
that down is above, left is right
looks deceive, there's more than sight.
speculum I gaze...and count the ways
that mirror tricks, perception plays
dimension opposite and connected
reversed extension of what's reflected
in this truth... reveals a game
two faces in two places, and the same
the mirror, and I are one you see
the mirror shows two sides of me,
Look into my eyes and see yourself looking out
perhaps you'll learn what this is about
we are all mirrors, to view our own soul
divided, separate, in essence.. whole.

It's ain't over.

But torn and broken, does it end? as with motion, time will mend, I celebrate all misery because it is to me the way the road extends, in dark you shall know light, strength will come of pain, for even when the heart breaks, our spirit stays the same.

21st

I resign from this.
I wanted that, but now I've switched
I'm a mismatched misfit, spiritually explicit, just want to live it.
I don't want the world that they do,
I've done what I've been through

I'm too old for this, I'm brand new
I can't live my life without you.
I chased after the love of another, but I don't need a lover
I'll be celibate, I'll be the delegate
I surrender to your will
I'll wait until
time stands still, becomes water
I am your daughter.
Please, please let me remember.
Hope remains, 21st of December.

Blessed

So blessed am I, so blessed are we,
I'm blessed to look and finally see
when there is no coincidence there is only a miracle, no longer bitter, no longer cynical just in complete knowing, and complete grace, and the world is such a beautiful place for eyes that see. I'm so happy to be apart of this legacy.
the most amazing time to be alive,
blessed to be, blessed to thrive.

Let me

I wonder what's holding me back from being...
I am witnessing so much... just not seeing...
and as I breathe in, I am more than believing -
I become that feeling.
Breathe in, hold, and then withdraw...
...

the outward rush.. like waves onto shore.
Roots go deep within, and mother reaches heart
but there is something stopping before I start
I seek to be the consciousness I know that I AM
let me remember, let me know that I can
the doorway to the astral, where to gain knowing
what's holding me back? that's where I'm going!
I ask for your guidance ... give me a clue...
I want to enlighten, be closer to you...

The grass is always greener

The grass is never greener when I'm with you
forget all the worries and laugh a bit too
you've got a bad reputation, but I don't believe
if people understood, we could only achieve
you smell so sweet, just wanna get you home
It's so amazing to think how much you've grown
I'm sad you gotta lay low, in case they caught you
should be loved by all, not just who've brought you
You inspire me on a level most profound,

it's incredible to think you came from the ground,
when life gets you down, go up in smoke
You're here to enjoy, so take a big toke!
That's right guys, I'm talking WEED
beautiful herb needs to be freed!
Helps you relax, helps you meditate
brings you close to the spiritual state
the world's in crisis, think we have an answer
even found to reduce growth of cancer!
calms the body, detox, health, healing,
let's get high, we love that feeling
fix the global economy, create from seeds
make food for all those mouths to feed
mother earth certified, no evidence against you
in terms of consumption, think we're meant to!
even fricking Jesus used CANNABIS oil
can grow in any climate, just needs soil!
medical marijuana a path of pain relief
just open your mind, have love for the leaf
grass is never greener than when I'm with you
when the world wakes up, they’ll love you too!
