I wonder what's holding me back from being...
I am witnessing so much... just not seeing...
and as I breathe in, I am more than believing -
I become that feeling.
Breathe in, hold, and then withdraw...
...

 the outward rush.. like waves onto shore.
Roots go deep within, and mother reaches heart
but there is something stopping before I start
I seek to be the consciousness I know that I AM
let me remember, let me know that I can
the doorway to the astral, where to gain knowing
what's holding me back? that's where I'm going!
I ask for your guidance ... give me a clue...
